PAL’s lab staff includes some of the most talented artisans in the optical industry. Our team is what separates PAL from every other lab in the network. His knowledge spans optics, lens manufacturing, coatings, Lens Design Software, and Lab Management Software. As President & CEO of Pacific Artisan Labs, Peak Artisan Labs, and the Artisan Lab Network, he fosters independent industry leaders, preserving a supportive environment for their success. Brandon also serves on the boards of The Vision Council and COLA. His unwavering passion for entrepreneurship drives him to nurture the next generation of leaders while maintaining the industry's unique structure.

Rachel's expansive skill set and strong leadership ensure seamless operations across the entire ALN network, providing unparalleled support to clients and partners.

With prior roles at Hoya Vision Care, including managing strategic alliances and key accounts, Jim's based in Dallas, TX, and remains committed to the success of the independent vision care industry.
